Project Manager (J25-092)
As part of the development of a large-scale industrial site, we are looking for an Industrial Project Manager – Infrastructures & Utilities, capable of managing a wide scope from engineering phases through to commissioning and operational handover.

Main Responsibilities:

Define and coordinate pre-construction activities (topography, geotechnical surveys, earthworks, site development)

Oversee building permits and operational authorizations in coordination with internal and external stakeholders

Manage infrastructure & utilities design studies in collaboration with internal and external engineering teams

Supervise BOP (Balance of Plant) studies and ensure alignment with process units

Organize tenders with the procurement team, analyze technical and financial bids, and select service providers

Oversee construction execution in terms of quality, safety, schedule, and budget

Lead coordination meetings and manage interfaces between technical work packages

Monitor contractual and technical deviations, and propose corrective action plans

Ensure compliance with ICPE regulations, electrical standards, and safety rules

Profile:
-
Engineering degree (generalist, mechanical, civil engineering, or equivalent)

At least 15 years of experience managing complex industrial projects (new builds or major extensions)

Proven expertise in EPC or EPCM project delivery models

Strong background in industrial infrastructure: buildings, utilities networks (HV/LV, water, air, gas, steam, effluent, etc.)

Good knowledge of industrial standards and regulations: ATEX, PED, ICPE, and construction site safety
