The projects mainly involve major renovations, including insulation works, roofing, upgrades to HVAC installations, as well as the complete refurbishment of district heating networks and boiler plants.
The position is rooted in a design and project management approach, with a strong focus on overall project coordination rather than narrow technical specialization.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage public building renovation projects (all trades) from the design phases through to final handover.

  • Ensure overall coordination of all stakeholders (contractors, engineering consultancies, operators, local authorities).

  • Manage the follow-up of technical studies and ensure consistency of proposed solutions (structural works, civil engineering, HVAC, building envelope).

  • Organize and lead site meetings and coordination meetings.

  • Monitor project progress, costs, schedules, and quality of execution.

  • Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements, as well as energy performance objectives.

  • Lead complete renovation projects of boiler plants and heating networks (structural works / civil engineering / all trades).

  • Act as the main interface with public project owners and institutional stakeholders.

Required Profile

  • Higher education degree in building construction, civil engineering, or engineering (Master’s level or equivalent).

  • Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience in managing construction or renovation projects, ideally in a design/engineering management role.

  • Proven experience in all-trades renovation projects for tertiary buildings.

  • Project-management- and coordination-oriented profile, rather than a specialist in a single trade.

  • Experience with projects involving HVAC systems, heating networks, or boiler plants is an advantage.

Key Skills

  • Management of construction and renovation projects (all trades).

  • Multi-stakeholder coordination and management of technical interfaces.

  • Schedule, budget, and quality monitoring.

  • Solid understanding of building, HVAC, and civil engineering issues.

  • Ability to work within a public and institutional environment.

Personal Qualities

  • Leadership and strong coordination skills.

  • Strong organizational skills, rigor, and ability to prioritize.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ease in working with local authorities and partners.

  • Autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility in project delivery.
