Position Overview
As part of the reinforcement of the company’s Quality, Safety, and Environmental (QSE) policy, we are seeking a QSE Manager to oversee several civil engineering construction sites in the Île-de-France region.
The position involves both on-site fieldwork and QSE coordination at headquarters, working closely with operational teams.
Main Responsibilities

Deploy and promote the QSE policy across civil engineering construction sites.

Conduct internal audits and safety inspections on sites.

Identify and analyze risk situations, implement corrective and preventive actions.

Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.

Contribute to the QSE preparation of worksites: prevention plans, PPSPS (Health and Safety Protection Plans), and indicator tracking.

Train and raise awareness among site teams on QSE best practices.

Prepare QSE reports, analyze incidents/accidents, and propose improvement plans.

Liaise with control bodies, SPS coordinators, and external partners.
Profile Required

Degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in QHSE, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of field experience in QSE within civil engineering or public works.

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and QSE reporting tools.
