Context

As part of industrial projects in the energy sector with high regulatory requirements, we are looking for a Qualification Engineer to work on a contract basis.
You will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and executing qualification programs for equipment, systems, or processes, in compliance with contractual, standards-based, and regulatory requirements.


Main Responsibilities

Qualification Activity Monitoring and Management

  • Plan and coordinate internal and external qualification activities.
  • Monitor program progress: schedules, costs, and risks.
  • Organize and manage testing activities: FAT / SAT, IQ / OQ / PQ where applicable.
  • Act as the interface between project teams, suppliers, and the client.

Results Analysis and Deviation Management

  • Analyze test results and verify compliance with requirements.
  • Identify, assess, and manage deviations and non-conformities.
  • Propose and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
  • Participate in root cause analyses.

Reporting and Qualification Closure

  • Prepare qualification reports and supporting documentation.
  • Update monitoring indicators and dashboards.
  • Present progress and results to all stakeholders.
  • Ensure qualification program closure and final acceptance.

Profile Sought

  • Master’s degree (Engineering degree or equivalent university qualification).
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in qualification, validation, or project engineering.
  • Experience in a regulated industrial environment, ideally nuclear / energy.
  • Knowledge of equipment, system, and process qualification procedures.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional activities and interact with multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluent French required; technical English necessary.
  • Engineer / supervisory role with partial technical decision-making responsibility.

  • Deviation analysis and non-conformance management.
