Context
As part of a major industrial construction project, we are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to establish and oversee the project quality framework within an international EPC/EP environment.
The role is critical to ensuring full compliance with applicable standards, contractual specifications, and regulatory requirements, while reducing non-conformities and strengthening quality performance across contractors and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Project Quality Management System
- Establish and deploy the Project Quality Management System (PQMS)
- Ensure alignment with contractual, regulatory, and international standards
- Define quality procedures, inspection plans, and control processes
Construction Quality Control
- Oversee site quality control activities
- Ensure compliance of works with technical specifications
- Monitor inspections and testing plans (ITPs)
Supplier & Subcontractor Quality
- Evaluate and monitor supplier and subcontractor quality performance
- Conduct supplier audits and quality assessments
- Ensure quality requirements are fully integrated into procurement and execution phases
Non-Conformity Management
- Lead the identification, analysis, and resolution of non-conformities
- Implement corrective and preventive actions
- Monitor quality KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives
Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure robust quality document control and traceability
- Prepare documentation for audits and regulatory reviews
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits
Profile Required
- 8–15 years of experience in quality management within construction projects
- Proven experience on large industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of EPC/EP project environments
- Experience in industrial construction highly preferred
- Experience in international project environments
- Fluent English mandatory
