Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Retail Leasing Manager to oversee the leasing and commercialization of a retail project in Madinah. The role involves managing relationships with tenants, driving leasing strategies, and ensuring the success of the retail portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the leasing process for a retail project from start to finish.
- Build and maintain relationships with retail and F&B brands.
- Develop leasing strategies and ensure occupancy targets are met.
- Negotiate lease agreements and manage partner relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams and mall operations to support project goals.
- Work on new or complex retail projects, adapting strategies as needed.
Required Profile
- Minimum 6 years of experience in commercial leasing.
- Strong network with retail and F&B brands.
- Experience working with shopping malls or mall operators.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively and manage stakeholder relationships.
