Location: Eure-et-Loir, France
As part of a large-scale industrial project involving the construction of a new factory, we are looking for a Revit Designer to join the design team. You will actively contribute to the modeling of various building systems and components, working closely with the project’s engineers and architects.
Main Responsibilities:

Create 3D digital models using Revit (across all disciplines, or HVAC/electrical/architecture depending on your profile).

Develop and update execution drawings, sections, elevations, and technical details.

Coordinate models across various technical trades.

Participate in model reviews and clash detection sessions.

Incorporate specific requirements for cleanrooms (e.g., flow management, airtightness, materials) into the modeling.

Ensure compliance with project standards and quality requirements.

Collaborate closely with all stakeholders: architects, MEP and structural engineers, general contractors, etc.

Contribute to documentation management (schedules, BIM deliverables, digital as-built records).
Profile Sought:

Education: 2- or 3-year technical degree (e.g., BTS/DUT in building or civil engineering, or a professional bachelor’s degree in BIM or equivalent).

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience on complex industrial projects.

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in Revit (architecture, structure, or MEP, depending on specialization).

Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 is a plus.
