Revit Designer (J25-070)

As part of a large-scale industrial project involving the construction of a new factory, we are looking for a Revit Designer to join the design team. You will actively contribute to the modeling of various building systems and components, working closely with the project’s engineers and architects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create 3D digital models using Revit (across all disciplines, or HVAC/electrical/architecture depending on your profile).

  • Develop and update execution drawings, sections, elevations, and technical details.

  • Coordinate models across various technical trades.

  • Participate in model reviews and clash detection sessions.

  • Incorporate specific requirements for cleanrooms (e.g., flow management, airtightness, materials) into the modeling.

  • Ensure compliance with project standards and quality requirements.

  • Collaborate closely with all stakeholders: architects, MEP and structural engineers, general contractors, etc.

  • Contribute to documentation management (schedules, BIM deliverables, digital as-built records).

Profile Sought:
  • Education: 2- or 3-year technical degree (e.g., BTS/DUT in building or civil engineering, or a professional bachelor’s degree in BIM or equivalent).

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience on complex industrial projects.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong proficiency in Revit (architecture, structure, or MEP, depending on specialization).

    • Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 is a plus.
