Sales Engineer (J25-251)

Mission Context:
As part of the development of our activities in Building Management Systems (BMS), we are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to strengthen our team in Île-de-France.
Your primary role will be to develop and maintain a client portfolio while actively contributing to the growth of our innovative technical solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the market to efficiently organize and target commercial prospecting.

  • Promote solutions to design offices, general contractors, developers, investors, and public or private clients.

  • Maintain and support existing clients to ensure trustful relationships and high-quality technical guidance.

  • Close equipment contracts for Building Management System solutions (BMS / BEMS).

  • Prepare technical and financial proposals in close collaboration with the Estimation and Design teams, in accordance with specifications.

  • Follow up on commercial projects from the offer phase to finalization.

Profile :

  • Education: Master’s degree (Engineering School or Business School).

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in technical product or solution sales.

  • Competence in one or more of the following areas:

    • Automation

    • Regulation

    • Heating / Ventilation / Air Conditioning (HVAC)

    • Building Management Systems (BMS / BEMS)

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and team spirit.

  • Autonomy, motivation, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
