Position Context

As part of large-scale and complex industrial projects (factories, industrial infrastructure, treatment or processing facilities), the company is strengthening its schedule management and planning structure. The Lead Planner plays a central role in project management to ensure schedule control throughout the entire project lifecycle: engineering, execution, pre-commissioning, and commissioning.

The Lead Planner acts as the planning reference for project teams, management, and external partners. The role is also strategic in anticipating schedule risks, optimizing work sequences, and coordinating the multiple stakeholders involved in EPC projects.

Missions and Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage master schedules for industrial EPC projects.
  • Identify the critical path and secure key project milestones.
  • Analyze schedule risks and propose optimization actions.
  • Consolidate and coordinate schedules from different stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure schedule updates.
  • Produce planning reports and performance indicators for project management.
  • Develop schedules during tendering phases.
  • Plan pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
  • Contribute to improving planning methods and organizational processes.

Profile Required

  • 10 to 15 years of experience in industrial project planning.
  • Proven experience in complex EPC projects.
  • Experience in industrial environments (process industries, energy, metallurgy, industrial infrastructure).
  • Ability to work on both project execution and tendering phases.
