Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive enterprise sales growth within the construction sector in Saudi Arabia.
The role focuses on acquiring and expanding large contractor and developer accounts, managing complex B2B sales cycles, and positioning SaaS solutions tailored to project-driven organizations.
The successful candidate will take full ownership of pipeline development and revenue generation across major construction stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline targeting large construction enterprises.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to contract closure.
- Develop and maintain relationships with project directors, PMOs, procurement heads and C-level decision-makers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and value presentations tailored to enterprise clients.
- Manage long sales cycles (3–6 months), including negotiations and stakeholder alignment.
- Coordinate closely with implementation and technical teams to ensure smooth post-sale onboarding.
- Monitor market activity and contribute to go-to-market strategy within the KSA construction ecosystem.
Required Profile
- Minimum 5 years of enterprise B2B sales experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven track record of closing large accounts within construction, engineering, ERP or SaaS environments.
- Established professional network within contractors and real estate developers.
- Comfortable selling technical or software-based solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
