Sector: High Voltage Substations (HTB) – New Builds & Refurbishment

Context:
As part of strategic projects involving the construction and rehabilitation of High Voltage Substations (HTB), we are recruiting a Site Manager with expertise in electrical works, civil engineering, or both disciplines. Acting as the on-site representative, you will coordinate all field operations, ensuring the proper execution of the work across several high-stakes infrastructure sites in the Île-de-France region.
Main Responsibilities:
Site Preparation & Monitoring:

Develop execution schedules in coordination with Project Engineers and Site Supervisors.

Organize work phases by allocating the appropriate human, material, and logistical resources.

Actively participate in kick-off, progress, and closing meetings for each project.
Team Supervision:

Lead internal teams and subcontractors across electrical and/or civil trades.

Coordinate the activities of all on-site trades.

Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and health & safety regulations.
On-site Operations & Reporting:

Conduct daily tracking of project progress and update planning tools accordingly.

Manage technical or organizational issues with agility.

Draft clear and structured site reports and provide consistent updates to project leadership.
Profile Required:

Technical degree (Bac+2 or equivalent) in electrical engineering, civil engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in managing complex construction projects, ideally in HTB or large-scale industrial infrastructure.

Prior experience in the railway sector will be highly valued.

Proficiency in construction planning and tracking tools.

Strong leadership skills, organizational rigor, and the ability to unify multidisciplinary teams.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Valid driver’s license (B) required due to regular site travel in the Île-de-France area.
