Position Overview
As part of the development of several industrial and tertiary projects, we are seeking an experienced Site Manager specializing in piping, welding, or industrial plumbing.
Reporting to the Works Director, you will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and ensuring the smooth execution of worksites in compliance with technical, quality, and safety requirements.
Main Responsibilities

Organize and plan on-site activities (preparation, supply management, progress tracking).

Supervise and lead work teams (internal staff and subcontractors).

Ensure compliance with welding, piping, and HVAC procedures according to current standards.

Monitor technical conformity, quality, and safety on site.

Provide progress reports to the Project or Site Manager.

Participate in project handover and resolution of outstanding issues.
Profile Required

Technical background in piping, boiler making, welding, or equivalent.

Proven experience managing worksites in the fields of piping, welding, HVAC, or plumbing.

Solid understanding of industrial and tertiary environments.

Strong organizational, managerial, and technical coordination skills.

Rigor, autonomy, and strong leadership qualities.

Regional mobility required (several worksites across Burgundy).
