Site Manager – Public Lighting (M/F) (J26-130)

Context and Objective

We are looking for a Site Manager specialized in public lighting, urban video surveillance, and traffic light signaling systems. The role is to ensure the planning, coordination, and operational monitoring of worksites, while guaranteeing quality, safety, and compliance with deadlines and budgets.

The position requires knowledge of Enedis contracts, public electrical systems, and field team management practices.

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and monitor on-site work (public lighting, urban video surveillance, traffic light signaling systems)

  • Supervise and coordinate site teams and subcontractors

  • Ensure compliance with technical and regulatory standards

  • Ensure adherence to schedules, costs, and work quality

  • Participate in site meetings with clients and partners

  • Manage supply procurement and site logistics

  • Oversee team safety and coordination of multiple activities on worksites

  • Provide reporting to management and clients

Required Profile

  • Education: Minimum 2-year degree (Bac +2) in electricity, civil engineering, construction, or equivalent

  • Experience: At least 5 years in public works or electrical infrastructure projects

  • Knowledge of Enedis contracts and public electrical installations

  • Skills in team management and site coordination

  • Autonomy, rigor, and problem-solving ability in field situations
