Site Manager / Works Supervisor – CFO/CFA (M/F) (J26-062)

Mission context

As part of tertiary-sector projects in the execution phase, you will take full responsibility for managing CFO/CFA works, from preparation through to handover. The role is aimed at a hands-on, autonomous site professional, capable of running a construction site independently, with strong control over technical constraints, deadlines, and multi-stakeholder coordination.

Main duties

  • Prepare and organize CFO/CFA construction sites

  • Supervise internal teams and subcontractors

  • Ensure daily monitoring of work progress

  • Guarantee technical compliance of installations (standards, drawings, technical specifications)

  • Coordinate activities with other trades

  • Manage supplies and anticipate site requirements

  • Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and safety rules

  • Participate in site meetings and report blocking issues

  • Monitor testing, commissioning, and clearance of punch-list items

  • Act as the operational point of contact for the client and the project management team

Key technical skills

  • Excellent command of CFO and CFA installations in a tertiary environment

  • Strong knowledge of current electrical standards (NFC 15-100, ERP, etc.)

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics

  • Ability to organize and manage a site from A to Z

  • On-site scheduling and priority management

  • Quality control and supervision of executed works

  • Good understanding of interfaces with other technical trades (HVAC, fire safety systems, BMS, finishing trades)

Required profile

  • Electrical training (CAP/BEP, Vocational Baccalaureate, BTS, or equivalent)

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or Works Supervisor in low-voltage projects

  • Mandatory experience in tertiary CFO/CFA projects

  • Autonomous profile, able to make on-site decisions

  • Comfortable working on active execution-phase sites

  • Driving license preferred (travel within Île-de-France)
