Assignment Context
Long-term service assignment for Fibre Altitude, a telecommunications infrastructure operator specialized in the deployment and operation of fiber optic networks (FTTH), mainly in rural and low-density areas.
Main Responsibilities
You will work on fiber network maintenance and operations, with strong on-site and operational responsibility.

Fiber works supervision (FTTH)

Management and monitoring of maintenance projects

Coordination of field teams and subcontractors

Planning interventions and managing priorities

Monitoring work progress (quality, deadlines, costs)

Regular reporting to the client (dashboards, KPIs, reports)

Interface with technical teams, local authorities, and local partners

Compliance with safety rules and Fibre Altitude procedures
Required Profile

Mandatory experience in fiber optics (FTTH)

Proven background in works supervision and maintenance management

Comfortable with project management and contract follow-up

Ability to handle multiple topics simultaneously without losing control

Strong interpersonal skills and professional posture with clients
Technical Skills

Excellent knowledge of FTTH networks

Strong understanding of telecom environments (maintenance, operations, works)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel essential for reporting)
