Mission Context
As part of large-scale commercial building projects in the Toulouse region, we are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor for Structural Works.
You will be responsible for managing and supervising on-site teams while actively participating in the work when necessary. Acting as the key link between project management and on-site operations, you will ensure that all structural works are executed in compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Main Responsibilities

Supervise and lead construction site teams.

Actively participate in the works when required.

Coordinate with the various project stakeholders (project management, subcontractors, suppliers).

Monitor progress and ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards.

Enforce and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Provide regular reporting to management.
Profile Required
-
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in significant commercial building projects.

Strong autonomy, rigor, and leadership on site.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.
