Context

As part of several major projects related to the maintenance and modernization of hydraulic structures, we are seeking an experienced Site Works Coordinator.

Reporting to the project management team and working closely with the project manager, you will be responsible for the coordination, technical control, and monitoring of complex works in mountainous and remote environments.

Main Responsibilities

Lot 1 – Penstock Replacement Project

Scope of work includes:

  • Replacement of low-head penstocks.

  • Replacement of guard valves.

  • General overhaul of Low-Head turbine/generator units 1 and 2.

Your tasks:

  • Daily technical supervision and quality/safety control on-site.

  • Coordination between contractors and scheduling of interventions.

  • Verification of the technical compliance of mechanical and civil engineering works.

  • Regular reporting to the project management and technical direction teams.

Lot 2 – Spillway Compliance Upgrade

Civil engineering works including:

  • Structural modifications and concrete works to bring the dam spillway up to current standards.

  • Coordination with design teams and monitoring of civil works progress.

Profile Required

  • Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Hydromechanics, or Energy Engineering (or equivalent).

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in construction site coordination, ideally in hydraulic works or industrial environments.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in AutoCAD.

    • Strong command of Word and Excel.
