Context

As part of the development of electrical infrastructure activities, we are seeking a Business Manager capable of overseeing projects and managing the entire business cycle in environments focused on public electrical systems.

The role combines both technical and financial responsibilities, including contract management, team leadership, and performance monitoring.


Main Responsibilities

Business Management

  • Oversee the full management of projects from the consultation phase through to project completion.
  • Ensure compliance with cost, quality, schedule, and profitability objectives.
  • Monitor financial indicators and provide activity reporting.

Contract Management & Public Procurement

  • Participate in the analysis of tender documents and public bids.
  • Manage contract execution in compliance with contractual commitments.
  • Ensure administrative, financial, and contractual follow-up of operations.
  • Identify risks and implement appropriate mitigation actions.

Operational Coordination

  • Supervise project teams and coordinate all stakeholders.
  • Organize workload and monitor resource allocation.
  • Ensure proper execution of works and client satisfaction.

Technical Follow-Up

  • Support teams on technical matters related to public electrical networks and installations.
  • Participate in technical decision-making and optimization of proposed solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s to Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Electrical Engineering, Public Works, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in business/project management within the electrical sector.
  • Strong knowledge of public procurement and its processes.
  • Experience in team management and financial oversight of projects.
  • Experience in public electrical infrastructure is expected, without requiring exclusive specialization.
