Position Overview

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth and strengthening the company’s presence within the Engineering, Construction, and EPC sectors. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and supporting the company’s commercial objectives across Project Management Consultancy (PMC), Engineering, and Technical Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Engineering, Construction, and EPC markets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract award.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, EPC contractors, consultants, and government entities.
  • Lead commercial proposals, tenders (RFP/RFQ), and contract negotiations.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
  • Monitor market trends, major projects, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with technical and project delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of Business Development experience within Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure, or EPC sectors.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and contract acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of consultative selling and tendering processes.
  • Experience in PMC, Project Controls, or Engineering Services is an advantage.
