Context
ProjecTTech is looking for a motivated and organized Commercial Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support daily commercial activities, contribute to client relationship management, and help ensure smooth coordination between sales operations and customer needs. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
Missions & Responsibilities
- Support the sales and commercial team in daily operational activities
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and client follow-ups
- Maintain strong customer relationships and respond to inquiries professionally
- Assist in market research, reporting, and commercial data analysis
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow
- Maintain accurate records of clients, sales activities, and commercial documents
Profile Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel and Word
- Good interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Previous experience in a similar commercial or administrative role is considered a plus
- English proficiency is required; French is a plus.
