Context

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Human Resources Director to lead and oversee the company’s HR operations and people management strategy. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing human capital, strengthening organizational culture, and aligning HR initiatives with the company’s long-term objectives. You will be responsible for creating a positive and high-performing work environment while supporting both employees and management.

Missions & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the company’s overall human resources strategy and policies
  • Lead, supervise, and support HR teams and employees .
  • Foster employee engagement, performance, and internal cohesion within the organization
  • Oversee recruitment, talent management, training, and workforce development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and HR best practices
  • Support managers in performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations
  • Drive organizational development and contribute to building a strong company culture
  • Monitor HR performance indicators and recommend continuous improvement strategies

Profile Requirements

  • Proven experience in Human Resources management or leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor regulations, and organizational development
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage teams, solve problems, and make strategic decisions
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities with a proactive mindset
  • Fluency in French and good command of English are preferred
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and leadership presence
