Job Context
The Implementation Manager is responsible for leading large-scale telecom rollout and deployment programs. The role ensures successful execution of network implementation activities across multiple sites, while maintaining control over scope, cost, timeline, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute rollout and implementation strategies
- Develop detailed deployment plans and delivery roadmaps
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
- Ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and schedule
- Monitor KPIs, quality metrics, and site acceptance progress
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and client stakeholders
- Provide regular reporting to clients and senior management
- Ensure compliance with technical and contractual requirements
Candidate Profile
- 8–12+ years of experience in telecom rollout or implementation projects
- Proven experience managing large-scale deployment programs
- Strong leadership and coordination abilities
- Experience working in multi-stakeholder environments
Technical Skills
- Project tracking and planning tools
- Rollout and deployment management systems
- Knowledge of telecom deployment processes (RAN, transmission, site rollout is a plus)
- KPI tracking and reporting tools
