Context
As part of the reinforcement of operational teams specializing in automation and industrial IT, we are looking for an Industrial IT Supervisor to work on projects involving the design, development, and implementation of industrial supervision systems.
The position covers all activities related to the architecture of supervision systems, application development, and communication between industrial equipment. The objective is to ensure the reliability, performance, and continuity of automated installations.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and define the technical architectures of industrial supervision systems.
- Develop, configure, and deploy supervision applications adapted to operational needs.
- Ensure integration and communication between supervision systems, PLCs, and industrial equipment.
- Configure and optimize industrial communication networks.
- Participate in the analysis of functional requirements and the drafting of technical specifications.
- Carry out trials, functional tests, and commissioning operations.
- Diagnose and resolve malfunctions related to applications and network communications.
- Ensure the continuous improvement and optimization of existing solutions.
- Write and update the technical documentation for the systems developed.
- Collaborate with automation, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure the performance of installations.
Technical Skills
- Strong command of industrial supervision architecture design.
- Proven experience in the development and configuration of supervision applications.
- Good knowledge of SCADA systems and human-machine interfaces (HMIs).
- Proficiency in at least one supervision software: WSP, AVEVA, WinCC, or equivalent.
- Expertise in WSP is a major asset.
- Good understanding of industrial networks and communication protocols.
- Ability to ensure interfacing between programmable logic controllers, supervision systems, and industrial equipment.
- Skills in diagnostics, incident resolution, and system performance optimization.
- Knowledge of automated industrial environments and their operating constraints.
Candidate Profile
- Higher education in industrial IT, automation, electrical engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Significant experience in the development and deployment of industrial supervision systems.
- Experience in designing technical architectures and integrating industrial solutions.
- Ability to independently manage all phases of a project, from design to commissioning.
- Good understanding of the technical and operational constraints of industrial environments.
- Professional English required, both written and spoken.
- Category B driving licence required.
- Availability to work in the Hauts-de-France region, with occasional travel to various industrial sites.
