As part of the creation of a new engine manufacturing plant, we are looking for an Industrialization and Plant Launch Project Manager to manage the project from the engineering and site development phases through to the operational commissioning of the production lines.

Reporting to the Project Management and General Management, you will ensure compliance with the schedule, budget, and technical specifications, while coordinating the various internal and external stakeholders.

  • Develop and manage the overall project schedule under Microsoft Project, from engineering and civil works through to series production approval.
  • Coordinate the receipt, installation, and commissioning of machines, tooling, test benches, and assembly lines.
  • Manage national and international equipment suppliers.
  • Define and validate manufacturing processes and industrialization files.
  • Coordinate prototype, pre-series, and ramp-up phases.
  • Manage calls for tender and participate in negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Ensure budget monitoring and project cost control.
  • Identify, analyze, and manage project risks.
  • Coordinate Development, Purchasing, Logistics, Quality, and Operations teams.
  • Ensure compliance with technical and operational milestones.
  • Organize the transfer of responsibility to the future plant management.
  • Proficiency in managing industrialization projects and the creation of industrial sites.
  • Proficiency in PMBOK project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and complex project planning.
  • Strong project risk management skills.
  • Knowledge of engine manufacturing processes: machining, assembly, and test benches.
  • Experience in the installation and commissioning of industrial equipment.
  • Skills in budget management and cost monitoring.
  • Ability to manage international suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers.
  • Engineering degree in mechanical engineering, automation, industrial project management, or equivalent field.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in managing industrialization projects or the creation of industrial sites.
  • Experience in the mechanical or automotive sectors is highly appreciated.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary projects involving engineering, purchasing, logistics, quality, and production.
  • Fluent Arabic and fluent French.
  • English essential in an international professional environment.
