Context
As part of tertiary building projects, LV Design Engineers are responsible for the design and sizing of low-voltage electrical installations. The role involves carrying out technical studies, producing execution documentation, and developing electrical solutions tailored to project requirements.
Main Responsibilities
• Perform low-voltage electrical studies for tertiary building projects.
• Produce electrical drawings and schematics using AutoCAD.
• Participate in the sizing and design of LV electrical installations.
• Prepare calculation notes and technical documentation packages.
• Ensure compliance of engineering studies with current electrical standards and regulations.
• Participate in technical coordination with the various project disciplines and stakeholders.
• Update technical documentation according to project developments and design changes.
• Participate in technical meetings and design review sessions.
• Contribute to the technical optimization of proposed electrical solutions.
Candidate Profile
• BTS, DUT, or Engineering degree in Electrotechnics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in electrical design studies for tertiary buildings.
• Strong expertise in LV engineering studies and tertiary electrical installations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Caneco.
• Knowledge of Revit and Dialux is considered an advantage.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary project environment.
• Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.
Technical Skills
• Design and sizing of low-voltage electrical installations.
• Production of electrical drawings and schematics.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
• Knowledge of electrical standards applicable to tertiary buildings.
• Technical coordination with project teams and stakeholders.
