Context

As part of nuclear projects, Low Voltage (LV) Electrical Design Engineers are required to strengthen engineering teams responsible for the design and sizing of low-voltage electrical installations. These projects involve highly regulated environments with stringent requirements related to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Candidates with experience in the industrial or nuclear sectors are preferred; however, recent graduates who have completed a Final-Year Project (PFE – End-of-Studies Project) related to LV electrical engineering studies may also be considered.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform low-voltage electrical engineering studies within a nuclear environment.

• Design and size low-voltage electrical installations.

• Produce electrical drawings and schematics using AutoCAD.

• Prepare calculation notes and associated technical documentation.

• Participate in verifying compliance of studies with applicable standards, regulations, and nuclear safety requirements.

• Contribute to technical coordination with project teams and engineering disciplines.

• Update technical deliverables according to project progress and design changes.

• Participate in design reviews and technical meetings.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to engineering studies.

Candidate Profile

• Engineering degree in Electrotechnics, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.

• Experience in LV electrical engineering studies within industrial or nuclear environments is appreciated.

• Junior candidates are welcome, provided they have completed a Final-Year Project (PFE) related to LV electrical engineering studies.

• Good understanding of low-voltage electrical installations.

• Mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD.

• Knowledge of Caneco is considered an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail, autonomy, and analytical skills.

• Ability to work effectively in highly demanding and regulated environments.

Technical Skills

• Design and engineering studies of low-voltage electrical installations.

• Electrical sizing calculations and system design.

• Production and interpretation of electrical drawings and schematics.

• Knowledge of industrial and nuclear electrical standards and regulations.

• Technical coordination across multiple stakeholders and disciplines.
