Context
As part of tertiary-sector projects, we are seeking a Low Voltage (LV) Electrical Site Manager to oversee and coordinate execution-phase operations.
The role involves monitoring construction activities, managing project stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with technical, quality, safety, and schedule objectives.
Main Responsibilities
Work Management
• Organize and coordinate LV electrical installation works.
• Supervise field teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure the daily monitoring of operations through to project completion and handover.
• Guarantee compliance with project schedules and commitments.
Technical Monitoring
• Verify the compliance of completed electrical installations.
• Ensure adherence to technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in the management of punch lists and non-conformities.
• Oversee testing and commissioning activities.
Site Coordination
• Manage interfaces between the various construction trades involved in the project.
• Lead site meetings and monitor action plans.
• Anticipate operational constraints and site-related challenges.
Operational Management
• Monitor budgets and prepare progress reports.
• Participate in resource planning and intervention scheduling.
• Ensure effective communication of information to project teams.
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s to Master’s degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in Electrotechnics, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Proven experience in LV electrical construction/site management.
• Experience on complex tertiary projects is appreciated, including:
o Hospitals and healthcare facilities,
o Industrial buildings (building shell projects),
o Public-access buildings (ERP) or technical facilities.
• Good understanding of construction constraints in occupied or highly technical environments.
