Context
As part of industrial projects, LV Site Supervisors are sought to manage low-voltage electrical works related to industrial process installations. The projects primarily involve food & beverage, pharmaceutical, and automotive manufacturing facilities undergoing construction, expansion, renovation, or modernization of production units.
Main Responsibilities
• Organize and oversee low-voltage electrical works on site.
• Supervise internal teams and subcontractors working on industrial process installations.
• Plan and coordinate site activities in collaboration with the various project stakeholders.
• Verify that completed works comply with drawings, electrical schematics, technical specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with schedule, quality, and cost objectives.
• Participate in site meetings and provide progress reports to the Project Manager or Construction Manager.
• Identify technical deviations and implement corrective actions when required.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and regulations.
• Participate in testing, energization, and commissioning activities for electrical installations.
Candidate Profile
• Technical qualification in Electrotechnics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Significant experience in managing LV electrical construction works within industrial environments.
• Mandatory experience on industrial process projects.
• Knowledge of food & beverage, pharmaceutical, or automotive industries is highly appreciated.
• Ability to supervise site teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.
• Strong safety culture and commitment to industrial HSE standards.
