Context
We are seeking an experienced Mockup Manager to oversee the design coordination, procurement review, and execution of Guestroom Mockup Units (MKUs) for prestigious luxury hospitality developments in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will ensure that all mockups meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and craftsmanship before full-scale construction and fit-out.
This role is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in luxury interior fit-out, architectural finishes, and high-end hospitality projects delivered through leading consultancies, contractors, or specialist fit-out firms.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end coordination, procurement review, and physical execution of on-site and off-site Guestroom Mockup Units (MKUs).
- Coordinate the interface between base-build engineering, the interior design package, and specialist fit-out subcontractors.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and mockup documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Audit construction tolerances, marble book-matching, acoustic door seals, integrated MEP access panels, and premium architectural finishes to achieve flawless 5-star quality standards.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, approvals, and client sign-offs throughout the mockup process.
- Identify technical issues early and implement corrective actions before production and project-wide installation.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and luxury hospitality operator requirements.
- Facilitate communication between consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders throughout the mockup lifecycle.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience.
- Proven experience delivering luxury hospitality fit-out projects, including 5-star hotels and high-end resorts.
- Strong expertise in guestroom mockups, premium interior finishes, and architectural detailing.
- Experience coordinating consultants, interior designers, specialist subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Excellent understanding of luxury hotel quality standards and fit-out execution processes.
