Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Roads & Infrastructure to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of major road and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, quality standards, and schedule while maintaining effective communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and manage large-scale roads and infrastructure projects from initiation through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved on time.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
  • Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, engineering standards, quality procedures, and HSE regulations.
  • Monitor project costs and maintain financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present regular project progress reports to senior management and clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor project team members to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Resolve technical, commercial, and operational issues efficiently.
  • Support business objectives by ensuring client satisfaction and successful project execution.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum of 20 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven experience managing and delivering major international roads and infrastructure projects in a Project Manager role.
  • Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or other GCC countries is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software such as Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project is highly desirable.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking).
