Context

To accelerate its commercial growth and strengthen its presence in the engineering and technical services market, ProjecTTech Algeria is looking for a dynamic, proactive, and results-driven B2B Sales Assistant.

Working closely with the sales, technical, and project teams, you will contribute to the entire business development cycle, including active prospecting, opportunity identification, tender monitoring, pre-sales support, and commercial follow-up.

This position requires a strong interest in B2B business development, combined with sufficient technical awareness to understand the needs of clients operating in industrial and engineering environments.

Main Responsabilities

Business Development & Active Prospecting

  • Identify and map new industrial accounts, companies, public institutions, and strategic clients.
  • Conduct active B2B prospecting by phone, email, and professional networks.
  • Identify key decision-makers and relevant contacts within target organizations.
  • Qualify prospects and identify new business opportunities.
  • Secure qualified meetings with decision-makers and operational managers.
  • Monitor new projects, investments, and market opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of the client portfolio in Algeria and internationally.

Tenders & Pre-Sales Support

  • Actively monitor public and private tenders, consultations, RFPs, and other business opportunities.
  • Participate in the preparation and compilation of tender response packages.
  • Coordinate the collection of administrative, technical, and financial information required for commercial proposals.
  • Work closely with engineering teams and Project Managers to understand and clarify client requirements.
  • Ensure the completeness and consistency of tender documentation before submission.
  • Monitor deadlines, ongoing actions, and the status of each tender or consultation.

Commercial & Contractual Follow-Up

  • Manage the follow-up of commercial opportunities from initial contact through to contract signature.
  • Participate in the preparation of commercial offers, proposals, and client presentations.
  • Conduct commercial follow-ups and maintain regular communication with prospects and clients.
  • Support the teams throughout commercial negotiations.
  • Coordinate actions with Technical Directors, Project Managers, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and traceability of commercial communications and activities.

CRM, Reporting & Sales Coordination

  • Regularly update the CRM database.
  • Track prospects, opportunities, meetings, proposals, and tenders.
  • Build and maintain sales dashboards.
  • Monitor key commercial performance indicators.
  • Support the organization of client meetings and business reviews.
  • Produce regular reports on prospecting activities and sales pipeline progress.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Sales, Business Development, or a technical field such as Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Energy, or Civil Engineering, combined with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in B2B sales, business development, sales supports, or a similar position.
  • At least 2 years of experience in active prospecting or field business development, ideally within engineering, industry, or technical services.
  • Strong technical awareness and the ability to understand complex engineering solutions and services.
  • Experience in the preparation and follow-up of tenders is a strong advantage.
  • Fluency in French, Arabic, and English is mandatory, both written and spoken.
