Job Context

The Telecom Project Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end telecom projects, ensuring successful delivery in terms of scope, cost, schedule, quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The role involves managing complex, multi-stakeholder environments and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full project lifecycle: scope, cost, schedule, and quality
  • Ensure project delivery within agreed timelines and budget
  • Act as primary interface with clients and key stakeholders
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional and technical teams
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and governance processes
  • Prepare and deliver regular project reporting and performance tracking
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout project execution

Candidate Profile

  • 8–12+ years of experience in telecom project management
  • Proven experience delivering complex telecom projects
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities

Technical & Methodology Skills

  • Project management methodologies: PMI / Agile
  • Project planning and execution tools
  • Financial tracking and cost control tools
  • Reporting and governance frameworks
  • Understanding of telecom environments (RAN, transmission, core networks is a plus)
