Context
As part of projects related to electric mobility, we are looking for an Electric Mobility Project Technician to oversee the operational management of a maintenance contract covering a portfolio of medium- and high-voltage substations supplying electric vehicle charging infrastructure (EVCS).
Reporting to the Business Manager, you will organize maintenance activities, coordinate maintenance teams, and ensure the quality of services delivered across the Île-de-France region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day execution of a maintenance contract.
- Plan and organize maintenance activities independently.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on MV/HV substations supplying EV charging installations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client regarding day-to-day service delivery.
- Assist the Business Manager in the technical and administrative management of the contract.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance teams and external contractors.
- Monitor maintenance requests, technical reports, and associated information systems.
- Update and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure compliance with schedules, deadlines, and contractual commitments.
- Verify the quality of the services performed.
- Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) requirements.
- Provide regular reporting to the Business Manager and the client.
Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of MV/HV electrical substations.
- Proficiency in preventive and corrective electrical maintenance.
- Knowledge of electric vehicle charging infrastructure (EVCS).
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.
- Proficiency in computerized maintenance management and reporting tools.
- Valid H2B2 electrical authorization is mandatory.
- P1, P2, or P3 certification is considered an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license (Category B) is mandatory.
Candidate Profile
- Vocational diploma (MELEC), BTS in Maintenance, BTS in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
- Significant experience in the maintenance of high-voltage substations.
- Experience in the EV charging infrastructure (EVCS) sector is considered an asset.
- Ability to organize maintenance activities and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Availability for regular travel throughout the Île-de-France region.
- A company service vehicle will be provided for business travel.
