Context
As part of complex industrial projects in the execution phase, we are looking for Package Coordinators capable of ensuring operational monitoring and coordination of construction site activities.
The role involves strong interaction with construction teams, contractors, and various project stakeholders in a highly collaborative work environment.
Main Responsibilities
Site Coordination
- Ensure daily monitoring of activities across different technical packages.
- Coordinate interfaces between contractors and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with project schedules and site priorities.
- Identify bottlenecks and contribute to resolving them.
Operational Monitoring
- Monitor work progress during execution phases.
- Participate in construction coordination meetings.
- Prepare activity reports and escalate deviations.
- Support corrective action follow-up and schedule adjustments.
Project Interface
- Act as the link between field teams, planning teams, and project management.
- Participate in coordinating co-activity zones and construction site access.
- Contribute to the smooth execution of commissioning activities when required.
Profile Required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Engineering, Construction, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial projects.
- Hands-on experience during construction execution phases.
- Experience in complex industrial environments is appreciated.
- Professional English required.
