Context
ProjecTTech is looking for an experienced Schedule Manager to support the planning and delivery of complex data center construction activities.
The role requires a highly autonomous and versatile professional capable of managing project schedules, coordinating multiple stakeholders, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing effective planning methodologies in a demanding international environment.
Main responsabilities
- Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project schedules.
- Define and monitor milestones, critical paths, dependencies, and key deliverables.
- Track schedule progress and prepare regular status reports.
- Identify deviations and develop mitigation and recovery plans.
- Coordinate planning activities with multidisciplinary teams.
- Consolidate schedule inputs and constraints from subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate schedule review meetings and ensure timely updates.
- Identify schedule risks and proactively escalate critical issues.
- Produce clear planning dashboards and performance reports.
- Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implement and standardize planning tools, templates, and methodologies.
- Support the continuous development of project planning and management practices.
Technical skills
- Strong expertise in project planning and scheduling within construction, infrastructure, or data center environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of critical path analysis, milestone management, progress measurement, and schedule control.
- Ability to identify schedule risks, constraints, interfaces, and potential delays.
- Experience in developing mitigation and recovery schedules.
- Strong reporting and planning dashboard capabilities.
- Ability to implement and standardize planning processes and methodologies.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary and international environments.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Schedule Manager, Planning Manager, or Project Planner on complex projects.
- Experience in data center construction is highly valued.
- Strong ability to work independently and take ownership of planning activities.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across different countries and time zones.
- Fluent English is required; French is an advantage.
- Availability for frequent travel across Europe.
- Ability to communicate complex scheduling information clearly to both technical and management stakeholders.
