Context
As part of the development and management of its activities, we are looking for a Technical Coordinator. As the true right-hand of the Project Director, he/she ensures coordination of the different technical and functional work packages, guarantees the proper execution of operations, and ensures the overall coherence of the interventions of the various stakeholders.
Positioned as an operational deputy director, he/she plays a central role in the organization, monitoring, and coordination of activities in order to ensure the quality, deadlines, and performance of projects.

Main missions
• Ensure coordination and management of the various technical work packages of the project.
• Guarantee effective communication between internal teams, partners, and subcontractors.
• Monitor work progress and identify potential blocking points.
• Participate in activity planning and schedule tracking.
• Ensure compliance with quality, cost, and deadline objectives.
• Prepare and lead coordination meetings.
• Produce progress reports and performance indicators.
• Participate in risk analysis and implementation of corrective action plans.
• Ensure interface tracking between the different trades and project work packages.
• Support the Project Director in governance and operational management activities.

Technical skills

Required profile
• Master’s degree (Bac+5) (engineering school, university or equivalent).
• Significant experience in technical coordination, project management, or deputy project management.
• Experience in the transport sector, infrastructure, or large technical projects.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Strong ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to make decisions and arbitrate priorities.
