Context
As part of the development of industrial activities, we are looking for a Construction Manager specialized in low-voltage (LV / BT) electrical systems in order to manage industrial sites for renovation, extension, or creation of electrical installations.
The candidate will be responsible for the proper execution of works, from preparation through to the handover of installations, while ensuring compliance with technical, safety, budgetary, and contractual requirements.
Responsibilities & Missions
• Prepare and organize industrial electrical construction sites.
• Plan the human and material resources required to carry out the works.
• Supervise site teams and coordinate subcontractors.
• Oversee LV electrical installation works.
• Ensure daily monitoring of work progress.
• Guarantee compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and HSE rules.
• Participate in site meetings with clients and various stakeholders.
• Check the compliance of installations with plans and technical specifications.
• Identify technical deviations and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Provide progress reporting to the contract manager or project manager.
• Participate in testing, commissioning, and handover of installations.
Required Profile
• Two- to five-year degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, or equivalent.
• Significant experience in electrical construction management in industrial environments.
• Good knowledge of industrial LV electrical installations.
• Experience in managing site teams and coordinating subcontractors.
• Ability to work independently while ensuring regular reporting.
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, and responsiveness.
