Context
As part of the growth of our tertiary electrical activities, we are looking for a Contract Manager to support several strategic projects in the Île-de-France region.
Reporting to the Agency Director and working closely with the legal department, you will play a key role in managing contractual aspects of projects from the bid phase through to closure, in support of the Project Managers.
Main Responsibilities
Contract Structuring and Negotiation:

Analyze specifications and identify contractual risks

Propose structuring solutions and prepare related documents (agreements, amendments, joint ventures)

Participate in the preparation and negotiation of commercial offers

Draft and monitor the formalization of commitments (contracts, amendments, tenders)
Project Contract Management:

Manage contract administration throughout the project (milestones, deliverables, acceptance, payments)

Ensure traceability of communications and contractual changes

Raise alerts on deviations or non-compliance risks and propose corrective actions

Support project teams during claims or pre-litigation situations
Closure and Feedback:

Prepare the necessary documentation for contract closure

Contribute to feedback sessions to capitalize on best practices
Profile Sought

Master’s degree (Engineering or equivalent), ideally with a specialization in electricity or commercial building construction

Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in contract management on technical projects (preferably tertiary or industrial electrical projects)

Strong knowledge of public and private procurement regulations

Excellent command of office tools, especially advanced Excel

Strong analytical skills, anticipation, and negotiation abilities

Good interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with project and legal teams
