Mission Context:
As part of the development of our office renovation activities, we are seeking a Works Coordinator capable of managing all trades and ensuring overall project follow-up.
This position is aimed at candidates with strong experience in site management and multi-trade coordination, ideally on complex office renovation projects.
Main Responsibilities:

Oversee overall project execution and coordinate all stakeholders (project managers, contractors, subcontractors, owner’s representatives, etc.).

Develop and update the master schedule for project execution.

Organize and lead coordination meetings.

Identify overlapping activities and anticipate interface conflicts.

Monitor and analyze on-site progress, proposing corrective actions in case of schedule deviations.

Maintain documentary traceability: meeting minutes, dashboards, updated schedules.

Ensure compliance with safety rules and current regulations.

Participate in project handovers and follow-up on punch list items.
Technical Skills Required:

Proficiency in planning tools: MS Project, Primavera, GanttProject, or equivalent.

Strong technical knowledge of office renovation and multi-trade coordination.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under time pressure.
Profile:

Degree: Engineer (Construction / Civil Engineering) or equivalent.

Proven experience: minimum 5 years in project coordination (OPC), ideally on office renovation projects.
