Context
As part of a complex industrial project such as a gigafactory, the Site Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating on-site activities during the construction, installation, and commissioning phases.
The role involves close collaboration with project, engineering, construction, HSE, quality teams, and suppliers.
Main Responsibilities
- Overall management of site activities in line with cost, schedule, quality, and safety objectives
- Coordination of contractors and subcontractors on site
- Supervision of work progress and monitoring of key milestones
- Ensuring compliance with HSE and quality requirements
- Regular reporting to project management
- Contribution to the anticipation and management of operational risks
Profile Required
- Education: Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction, or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 8 to 12 years on complex industrial projects, ideally in energy, batteries, or nuclear sectors
- Proven experience in industrial site / construction management
- Strong leadership, decision-making skills, and sense of responsibility
