Context
As part of a complex industrial project such as a gigafactory, the HSE Manager leads and deploys the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policy across all project phases, in coordination with project teams, construction teams, and subcontractors.
Main Responsibilities
- Definition and deployment of the project HSE strategy
- Oversight of regulatory compliance and client requirements
- Management of prevention plans, site audits, and inspections
- Analysis of incidents and accidents, and implementation of corrective actions
- Awareness-building and support for operational teams
- HSE reporting to project management
Profile Required
- Education: Master’s degree (Bac +5) in HSE, Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 8 to 12 years in HSE management on complex industrial projects
- Experience in energy, battery, or nuclear sectors is an advantage
- Professional-level English required
