Main Responsibilities
You will be responsible for supervising low-voltage electrical works on industrial or tertiary projects. As the person in charge of the technical, financial, and organizational aspects, you oversee the entire operation from preparation to final handover. You ensure deadlines, quality standards, and contractual commitments are met while coordinating teams and partners.
Preparation & Project Launch
• Analyze execution documents, contracts, technical specifications, and site constraints.
• Define human resources, equipment, subcontracting, and supply needs.
• Develop the work schedule, integrating interfaces with other trades.
• Implement safety procedures, operating methods, and regulatory compliance measures.
Technical & Organizational Supervision
• Oversee site teams (internal and subcontractors) without direct managerial duties like a site manager.
• Coordinate interventions: routes, cabling, LV panels, and connections.
• Monitor technical compliance, electrical standards, and work quality.
• Manage unforeseen events, make operational decisions, and adjust schedules.
Financial Monitoring & Contract Management
• Track costs, optimize resources, and control the site budget.
• Manage orders, material deliveries, and expense validation.
• Oversee subcontractor contracts: consultations, negotiations, monitoring, and acceptance.
• Identify and manage additional works, propose contract amendments, and report contractual deviations.
Client Relations & Coordination
• Maintain direct and regular communication with the client, project management, and project leadership.
• Lead site meetings, deliver structured reporting, and anticipate critical issues.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and propose organizational solutions.
• Participate in inspections and the final acceptance of installations.
Desired Profile
Experience
• At least 1 year of experience in low-voltage electrical works (industrial or tertiary).
• Initial experience as a works supervisor or strong background in site coordination.
• Good overall understanding of project execution: phases, interfaces, safety, and contractual obligations.
Technical Skills
• Strong knowledge of low-voltage installations and current standards.
• Advanced reading of plans, diagrams, as-built documentation, and contractual documents.
• Ability to oversee multiple sites simultaneously.
• Strong focus on safety, compliance, and risk management.
