Mission Context:
As part of an ongoing industrial project involving the replacement of technical equipment within an existing nuclear facility, we are seeking a Works Engineer to manage the administrative, documentary, and regulatory aspects of the project.
The role is within a mixed project team, working closely with a technical project manager, in a demanding and structured environment.
Main Responsibilities:

Manage the administrative and documentary aspects of the project (traceability, compliance, archiving).

Participate in change management and coordinate between design, construction, and safety teams.

Ensure compliance with nuclear regulatory and quality requirements (compliance dossiers, inspections, testing).

Support preparation for replacement operations: planning, logistics, and document coordination.

Provide regular reporting to the project manager and client (progress, risks, deviations).

Collaborate closely with the technical project manager to ensure consistency between field activities and documentation.
Profile Sought:

Education: Engineer or Senior Technician (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Industrial, Mechanical, or Nuclear Engineering.

Experience: 2–5 years in works management, project follow-up, or document coordination in the nuclear sector.

Strong knowledge of documentary and regulatory follow-up processes.

Good understanding of technical change management.

Familiarity with industrial works or maintenance (lifting equipment is a plus).

Team spirit, rigor, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.
