As part of the creation of our Commissioning Department, we are recruiting a Quality & Documentation Engineer.
This strategic role contributes to the structuring, monitoring, and validation of commissioning processes for complex, high-value projects such as data centers, critical infrastructures, and energy solutions.
Main Responsibilities

Define and implement the quality strategy related to commissioning activities.

Develop, monitor, and update technical documentation: test protocols, checklists, non-conformity reports, and commissioning files (L1 to L5).

Verify the compliance of deliverables with standards, regulations, and contractual requirements.

Participate in the development and deployment of internal procedures (quality, safety, traceability).

Ensure document coordination between project teams, technical leads, and subcontractors.

Contribute to training and raising awareness among teams on commissioning quality standards.

Lead and monitor quality audits related to the different commissioning phases.
Profile Required

Engineering degree or Master’s (Bac+5) in Quality, Industrial Engineering, or Technical Documentation, or equivalent.

2 to 5 years of experience in quality, commissioning, or document management on complex projects (ideally Data Centers, HVAC, or critical infrastructures).

Proficiency in document management tools (EDMS, collaborative platforms, office suites).

Knowledge of quality and regulatory standards: ISO 9001, ISO 50001, Uptime Institute, etc.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and rigor.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse technical stakeholders.

Technical English appreciated.
