Main Responsibilities
Within the framework of various projects in industrial or tertiary environments, you will be responsible for the complete management of low-voltage electrical works on site. You act as the operational link for the project management team, ensuring field coordination, adherence to deadlines, and quality execution.
Preparation & Launch of Projects
• Analyze plans, diagrams, and technical instructions.
• Identify material, tools, and workforce requirements.
• Plan operations and organize interventions according to site constraints.
Work Monitoring
• Supervise the installation of low-voltage electrical equipment: wiring, connections, panels, networks.
• Ensure compliance, quality, and adherence to safety regulations.
• Carry out tests, self-checks, and prepare all elements required for commissioning.
Team Supervision
• Operational management of a team of installers/electricians.
• Assign tasks based on skills, priorities, and project phases.
• Provide on-site support, foster skill development, and motivate the team.
Communication & Coordination
• Participate in site meetings.
• Serve as a direct interface with the client, project management, and technical stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates: progress, unforeseen events, constraints, and additional needs.
Profile:
Experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial or tertiary electrical work.
• Experience as a team leader or site manager is appreciated.
• First experience in site supervision is highly valued.
Technical Skills
• Strong command of low-voltage systems in industrial or tertiary environments.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans, and adjust them when necessary.
• Solid knowledge of electrical standards and safety rules.
