Main Objective

We are seeking a Solution Architect to design, develop, and implement IT solutions that meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, hands-on experience with operational systems, and the ability to align technical solutions with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable and efficient IT solutions based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure solutions meet functional and technical standards.
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Develop architectural diagrams, documentation, and technical specifications.
• Ensure solutions adhere to industry standards, best practices, and organizational policies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development and operational teams.

Profile Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (required).

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operational systems or relevant IT roles.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proficiency in solution design tools and software architecture frameworks.
• Experience with enterprise software, cloud platforms, or digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of IT governance, system integration, and software development lifecycle.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
