Context and Objective
As part of the development of its activities in the energy and nuclear project sectors, the company is strengthening its quality teams and is recruiting a Project Quality Systems Engineer.
The role involves setting up, structuring, and managing the project quality system for manufacturing and new-build activities in a nuclear environment. The quality engineer will work closely with project, production, and client teams to ensure regulatory compliance and the performance of the quality system.
Main Responsibilities
Implementation of the Quality System

Define and deploy the project quality system in accordance with nuclear requirements

Structure quality processes and associated frameworks

Develop and implement project quality plans
Regulatory Compliance

Ensure compliance with regulatory and standard requirements in the nuclear sector

Ensure the application of quality standards across all project activities
Documentation and Procedures

Draft quality procedures, operating methods, and reference documents
-
Update and maintain project quality documentation
Audits and Quality Monitoring

Participate in internal, external, and client audits
-
Monitor corrective and preventive actions
Continuous Improvement

Lead continuous improvement initiatives

Track and analyze quality performance indicators

Propose and implement optimization plans
Profile Sought

Holder of a higher education degree (Master’s level / Bac+5) in quality, engineering, or an industrial field, with significant experience in quality systems within an industrial environment

Experience in nuclear, energy, or highly regulated sectors is strongly preferred

Ability to structure a project quality system from scratch in the context of complex and demanding industrial projects
