Job Context
Within a critical 24/7 network support environment, the Operations Support Engineer is responsible for monitoring, ensuring continuity, and maintaining the stability of telecom services. The role operates at L1 and L2 support levels to guarantee optimal network performance and SLA compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor network alarms and performance in real time
- Manage L1 / L2 incidents and ensure proper resolution or escalation
- Coordinate with field and engineering teams for incident handling
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Track, update, and manage tickets in operational tools
- Contribute to continuous improvement of operational procedures
- Support service continuity in a 24/7 operational environment
Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Networking, or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 5 years in NOC or network operations environments
Proven experience in critical environments (24/7 high-availability operations)
Technical Skills
- Network supervision and performance monitoring
- Incident management and technical escalation handling
