Job Context
The Telecom Project Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end telecom projects, ensuring successful delivery in terms of scope, cost, schedule, quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The role involves managing complex, multi-stakeholder environments and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle: scope, cost, schedule, and quality
- Ensure project delivery within agreed timelines and budget
- Act as primary interface with clients and key stakeholders
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional and technical teams
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and governance processes
- Prepare and deliver regular project reporting and performance tracking
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout project execution
Candidate Profile
- 8–12+ years of experience in telecom project management
- Proven experience delivering complex telecom projects
- Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
Technical & Methodology Skills
- Project management methodologies: PMI / Agile
- Project planning and execution tools
- Financial tracking and cost control tools
- Reporting and governance frameworks
- Understanding of telecom environments (RAN, transmission, core networks is a plus)
