Context

As part of electrical infrastructure projects, we are seeking an IRVE Site Manager to oversee and coordinate deployment and installation operations.

The role involves monitoring construction activities, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with technical, quality, and safety requirements.

Main Responsibilities

Work Management

• Organize and coordinate IRVE infrastructure installation operations.

• Manage field teams and subcontractors.

• Monitor work progress and ensure deadlines are met.

• Guarantee quality of execution and compliance with project requirements.

Technical Monitoring

• Supervise electrical installations related to IRVE equipment.

• Verify compliance of completed works.

• Participate in testing, inspections, and commissioning operations.

• Ensure follow-up of punch lists and corrective actions.

Coordination & Safety

• Act as the interface between the various project stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures.

• Organize operations while taking into account the site’s operational constraints.

Reporting & Operational Follow-Up

• Produce construction progress reports.

• Participate in coordination and progress meetings.

• Identify risks and propose appropriate corrective actions.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s to Master’s degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in Electrotechnics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.

• Experience in electrical construction/site management.

• Mandatory experience on IRVE projects involving direct current (DC) systems (fast chargers / high-power chargers).

• Background in the electrical field is required.

• Experience on private sites open to the public or public-access sites is appreciated.

Tools

• Construction/site monitoring tools

• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, reporting)

• IRVE supervision and commissioning tools

• Ability to read electrical drawings (AutoCAD is a plus)
